"Over the past two years I have worked in lockstep with recruiting team leadership, program management, HR business partners as well as other pieces of our organization to build, grow and adjust the hiring and recruiting process at Huntress from scratch. Hired as one of the first recruiters at the company, I have effectively worked alongside others to build our team from the ground up, including how we operate with hiring managers, the interview process, utilization and best practices in our ATS, and guiding and mentoring new team members. As a result we have been able to build a high performing team and support high-demand hiring efforts across a hyper growth company for over two years."
