In their role at KPMG, Erica is responsible for managing a portfolio of five universities across the Washington, D.C. metro area. Prior to this role, Erica spent two years within KPMG's audit practice. Erica is passionate about building relationships with students and helping them find their passions!

"In the ever-evolving recruiting climate for university talent, I have taken several steps to adjust my strategy on campus to ensure our candidates, primarily Gen Z students, have a positive experience with KPMG. With the large amount of time students spend in the phase of the hiring process between offer acceptance to onboarding, I’ve adjusted strategies to ensure students still feel connected with the firm during this time. This includes hosting on-campus coffee chats, inviting all candidates to events on campus, and ensuring I maintain connections with students both via email and on LinkedIn to allow KPMG to remain top-of-mind!"
