Eric Taylor is the Director of Early Talent at Gallagher. In his role at Gallagher, Eric is responsible for leading early talent acquisition and talent development programming. In the past eight years, Gallagher's early talent has grown exponentially, offering pre and post graduates challenging and rewarding opportunities within insurance brokerage / sales. Prior to his role at Gallagher, Eric was the Head of University Relations at Citadel. Eric is passionate about attracting diverse talent to growing organizations and building development programs for early talent to catapult their career for future success.

When COVID-19 turned the early talent acquisition and development world upside down, Eric mobilized the entire early career team to successfully adapt to a new normal. From supporting early talent internship and full-time program stakeholders during a rapid transition to check-ins with now-virtual campus recruiters, Eric led their team through an unprecedented year while also focusing on their well-being. Eric is proud to lead and partner with a large team of innovative colleagues at Gallagher that support their industry leading early talent programs.
