The team has adopted a hybrid model that allows them to connect with a broad range of candidates and has established diverse partnerships with schools and programs to source talent. The team prioritizes creating an exceptional candidate experience through a variety of engagement initiatives, including informative sessions, interactive Q&A panels, networking events, and other exciting opportunities.
Overarching Commitment to Diversity & Inclusion
Epsilon is dedicated to promoting Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) as a fundamental value that drives its culture of respect for all voices and fosters a sense of belonging among its employees, including New Grads and Interns. Epsilon's commitment to DE&I extends beyond its organization and is reflected in its relationships with clients and the communities it serves. To recruit a diverse pool of talent, Epsilon's Early Careers team has partnered with the Thurgood Marshall Leadership Institute and implemented various initiatives to support DE&I, such as the Epsilon Fellow Immersion Program, Inclusion Coaches, and Inclusion Action Plans.

Epsilon's Interns are given a real-world, immersive experience that empowers them to become active contributors to the company's success. Through direct involvement in client projects and team initiatives, Interns make meaningful contributions that have a tangible impact on the business. In 2023, Epsilon offered a hybrid internship experience that allowed Interns to develop their skills and network both locally and virtually, with opportunities to engage with offices across the country. The company invested in building a strong intern community through social and professional networking events and learning opportunities that showcased the breadth of what Epsilon has to offer. This investment paid off, with an 85%+ return offer rate.
