Due to this, the Early Career Programs mission statement is aimed at developing top-performing talent through immersive engagement by empowering participants to unlock their full potential as tomorrow's leaders.

Innovative and Multi-Faceted Approach to University Recruitment

The campus recruiting team at Epsilon works hard to make personal connections with the company's future leaders in many ways. Currently, the team has adopted a hybrid approach to reach a wide range of candidates, and leverages a diverse source of partnerships with schools and programs. The team works to make the experience top-notch for candidates through info sessions, q&a panels, networking events, and much more.

Overarching Commitment to Diversity & Inclusion

Epsilon celebrates the differences that make us unique and embraces the similarities that unite us. Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) are core for Epsilon to become “1% Better, Every Day.” It is the company’s mission to create an environment of empathy, belonging, and collaboration among its people, including new grads and interns. Epsilon harnesses this same commitment to DE&I that it has within its organization and strives to pass it along to the clients and communities it serves. Epsilon has multiple initiatives in place that support DE&I initiatives, including but not limited to Diversity Personal Goals Toolkit, Epsilon Fellow Immersion Program, Inclusion Coaches, and Inclusion Action Plans.

Impactful Internship Program

Epsilon interns enter into a real-world, immersion internship where they are empowered to become active members of the company, getting directly involved in client projects and team initiatives that contribute to real business impacts. As a virtual internship in 2022, Epsilon looked to build their skills and network on the job, even though employees were not sitting in an office together. This included building the intern community through social and professional networking events and learning opportunities to understand more of what Epsilon had to offer. Overall this company investment led to a 90%+ return offer rate.

Growth and Development of the Next Generation of Talent

Epsilon goes above and beyond to develop top performing talent through immersive engagement by empowering participants to unlock their full potential as tomorrow’s leaders. Epsilon starts the program with a welcome week, bringing all new grads together to network, learn about Epsilon, and get acclimated to their role. From there, it continues on with an eight-week onboarding to make the college to corporate transition smoother. Over the two years within the Epsilon New Grad Program, the Early Career team is dedicated to supporting the New Grads in determining what their career will look like at Epsilon and beyond.
