Emily was able to successfully and efficiently scale Amplitude’s summer intern hiring 290% year-over-year as she stepped into the role as Amplitude’s first official UR member. Emily focused on scaling the programs inclusively while partnering with the business to drive long-term impact. Emily presented to university groups, hosted Amplitude's first UR virtual event for 77 females, and spearheaded building the largest programmatic experience with care and a high level of ownership for Amplitude's interns to date.
