Emily is a Campus Recruiting Specialist at Park Place Technologies. In her role at Park Place Technologies, Emily is responsible for fostering relationships with university stakeholders, driving the internship program to build a continuous pipeline of talent, creating a robust, strong, and positive Park Place Technologies brand on campus, and executing a DEI strategy in early talent recruiting. Career Highlight

In a competitive labor market, Emily was tasked with driving the internship program at Park Place Technologies. The internship program was informally started in 2014 with an average of 4-5 summer interns in corporate headquarters in Cleveland, Ohio. Through making strategic connections with local universities and rebuilding the Park Place Technologies brand on campus, Emily reached over 300 students attending 11 universities in 3 different states, hiring a total of 40 students in 2022 of the projected 60 available internship opportunities available.
