Emily is a Senior Campus Recruiter at CBIZ. As a Senior Campus Recruiter, Emily is responsible for recruiting accounting students for the Mid-Atlantic Region, comprised of the Philadelphia and New York offices, for CBIZ’s internship and full-time entry-level Audit and Tax roles. Prior to working at CBIZ, Emily started her career working as both a Campus Recruiting Coordinator and Campus Recruiter at JPMorgan Chase & Co. During her time with JPMorgan Chase & Co., Emily was responsible for recruiting in the AI & Machine Learning division, working with undergraduates all the way up to PhD level hires. Emily is passionate about candidate experience and working with undergraduates to find their dream roles.
Career Highlight
"The interview process can be daunting for college students. I realized that there were a lot of questions surrounding how to best prepare for interviews, leading me to create a national event called 'Crush Your Interviews'. We invited college students from multiple universities to dive into preparation techniques and learn tips and tricks on how to put your best foot forward as a candidate. This national event has also translated into presentations for universities and organizations, where we have received praise from students letting us know that they felt more prepared and confident going into their interviews for the season!"
