Emilee Kraemer - Nominee for Career Catalyst Award - 2023 Campus Recruiting Choice Awards

Born and raised in Smyrna, GA, Emilee developed a love of people and their stories from an early age. She naturally fell into a recruiting role after graduating from the University of Denver where she was able to pursue a career focused on that love. Fast forward with 11 years of experience, she now manages building out Trimble's university relations and global diversity recruiting strategy. Her priorities include creating a first-class candidate and hiring manager experience, and most importantly, focusing on fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace with the rest of the early career talent team.
