Career Highlight

The impact of COVID-19 required a direct change to Ferguson's early career talent acquisition strategy, which historically relied 100% on in-person education and relationship opportunities. Liz's team worked to shift not only their talent attraction strategies to be entirely virtual, but also revamped traditional on site recruiting program events to virtual - the first of which was converted with less than 2 weeks notice and was inclusive of over 80 internal and external customers.
