Elizabeth leads campus recruiting at General Mills, one of the largest food manufacturers in the world. General Mills is home to beloved brands like Cheerios, Yoplait, and Betty Crocker. In her role, she is responsible for all North American campus recruiting activities and strategy, university relationships, and designing and implementing their award-winning summer internship program. Elizabeth and her team are committed to finding, attracting, and converting top early career talent across all while championing diversity and inclusion efforts. Elizabeth's heart is in talent; during her career, she has held many recruiting and internal staffing roles. In 2023, General Mills was named #1 Best Place to Work for New Grads.
