Career Highlight

"What an amazing year it has been for General Mills and the campus recruiting team! I am deeply proud of our accomplishments, which were inspired by our values and guided by innovation. The team hired almost 20% more interns over last season. With an increasing focus on meeting students where they are, the team built new virtual events aimed at widening our talent pool. These five events were focused on helping Gen Z students build skills and learn about careers at General Mills. The results were phenomenal, with our intern program being comprised of 50% POC/63% Female and hailing from over 55 colleges and universities! I am honored to lead and be part of such a dynamic and driven team."
