Elizabeth Diley leads campus recruiting at General Mills, one of the largest food manufacturers in the world. General Mills is home to beloved brands like Cheerios, Yoplait, and Betty Crocker. In her role, she is responsible for all campus recruiting activity and strategy, university relationships, and designing and implementing their award winning summer internship program. Elizabeth and her team are committed to finding, attracting, and converting top early career talent across the US while championing diversity and inclusion efforts. Elizabeth's heart is in talent; during her career she has held many recruiting and internal staffing roles.

Career Highlight

Elizabeth focuses on bringing out the best in her team and relentlessly supports them through their career and personal lives. Over the last 12 months, half of Elizabeth’s all-women team was promoted! She invests in learning everything she can about her team’s strengths and motivations to help drive results. Elizabeth also fosters a safe and encouraging environment for ideation and disruptive thinking, and encourages everyone to have a seat (and voice!) at the table. These actions have paid off. Her team continues to win big with amazing recruiting accomplishments and external recognition. Under her leadership, the team has marked 3 of the best years of intern to FT conversion, even reaching up to 95%, and the GMI internship program is continuously named as one of the best in the country.
