Elizabeth is the Sr. Manager, Employer Reputation at Henkel. In their role, Elizabeth is responsible for employer branding, recruitment marketing, and academic relations, and partners with global colleagues to attract top diverse talent to Henkel at all levels. Prior to their role at Henkel, Elizabeth led marketing communications at Personify, an award-winning recruiting firm, where she began as an intern and worked her way up to the manager level. "To reach talents from more universities, our team launched our virtual Henkel Campus Insider Day series. During our three Insider Days, students got a behind-the-scenes look into what it means to craft your career at Henkel. To highlight our employees’ shared passions for DEI and sustainability, attendees joined roundtables with Sustainability Ambassadors and ERG leaders. Additionally, they received application and interview tips and could connect 1:1 via 15-minute chats with hiring managers. The feedback received from one attendee summed up the experience well: 'I loved learning about Henkel; it feels much more authentic in a presentation than reading text online.'"
