During her eight years with the firm, she’s designed and implemented internship programs across geographies and disciplines, engaging business leaders and decision makers to create inclusive, impactful and world-class experiences. Elisha’s versatile background in recruiting and people functions spans more than two decades. Before joining CBRE, she spent several years recruiting talent in the banking & financial services industry both in the professional and entry-level space. She has a passion for meaningful connections and helping young talent maximize their potential.

"This year, I was so excited to partner with our DE&I team to help support and drive recruitment efforts across our partner organizations and HBCU connections. We hosted several virtual events with CREW, Project Destined, Posse and others, in which I was either a participant or host. I'm also very excited about our partnership with Forage, which is a virtual experience website that provides students an opportunity to complete a job simulation in 4 different areas of our business. It's been a lot of fun, driving this initiative and connecting our potential candidates to the platform."
