"Over the past year, I led a transformative strategy to enhance our recruiting operations focused on digitalization, attracting diverse talent, and accelerating recruiting efforts. I embedded pre-recorded video interviewing into our recruitment process, giving us the ability to engage more candidates in our interview process. Our outreach and events strategy focused on attracting diverse talent at the front end of our recruitment process by engaging with student organizations, minority-serving institutions, and attending national conferences focused on organizations aligned with Women, Black, Latinx, and LGBTQ+ groups. Finally, I ensured we stayed focused on accelerating our recruitment efforts by influencing our business to prioritize intern conversions, developing a new salary structure that was ensuring we were giving the most competitive offer packages to candidates, and getting the leadership support to have hiring managers prioritize recruitment during the Fall. These strategic improvements have resulted in a 75% increase of numbers of candidates invited into our interview process, a 62% intern conversion rate, 86% Graduate acceptance rate, and a 79% intern acceptance rate."
