Electra is a campus recruiter at Weaver. In their role at Weaver, Electra is responsible for recruiting college students to join Weaver at the intern level with the intention they will continue on full-time. Prior to Weaver, Electra worked as a recruiter for a small staffing firm where she found her passion for recruiting. Electra is passionate about creating strong connections with college-aged students and actively strives to be a helpful resource for all candidates.
Career Highlight
Electra joined Weaver during an unusual time of a hybrid virtual and in-person recruiting environment. It was during this time she realized the importance of connecting in person. During a social in March, while the student RSVP list was low, Electra made an effort to travel to the college campus to connect with two students. It was after the social when one of the students immediately signed their offer letter that Electra remembered the significance of personal connection. This event reminded her that recruiting is much more than numbers, it's about shared experiences and helping people find a place they feel welcome, supported, and sought out.
