Virtual recruiting has proven challenging for all stakeholders. It was important to the EisnerAmper Campus Team that they plan engaging and innovative events for students to attend including surveying what topics are most interesting to students, supplying swag to those who attend, and creating an individualized experience for attendees. For example, an event planned titled Partner with a Partner gave attendees the opportunity to speak one-on-one with an active client service partner in EisnerAmper. Not often do entry level and intern candidates get real and individual opportunities to speak with partners and hear from them directly.

The EisnerAmper Campus Recruiting Team makes the candidate experience their top priority. As the war on talent becomes increasingly competitive, the team understands that candidates have more options than ever on where to work. A few ways they create a stellar candidate experience include regular open houses for candidates to connect directly with campus team members or colleagues, individual outreach from the campus team to candidates within the pipeline rather than generic, automated messaging, and frequent updates on the status of applications via a number of outreach methods. The team is more than willing to accept feedback on their processes and encourages candid conversations with candidates.

Diverse talent is embedded into the culture of EisnerAmper. The Campus Recruiting team is passionate with connecting with students across the country with different backgrounds and perspectives. The team has cultivated relationships with HBCUs and public universities with high rates of diversity to build out the firm's commitment to diversity even more. Investing in Impactful Internship Programs

EisnerAmper's internship program is designed to provide interns with the most well rounded and realistic experience of what the workforce is truly like. Interns are involved in a number of different initiatives to ensure they are set up for success not just for their internship, but beyond as well. These initiatives include being assigned a buddy and ambassador, inclusion in employee resource groups, weekly lunch and learns, book club, an end of year project presented directly to leadership, a charitable giving opportunity, and networking opportunities with each other and other members of the business. EisnerAmper sets up new hires for success by providing a robust one week orientation to the firm and one to two weeks of specific, service line training. In addition, all new hires receive a buddy and a professional career coach for support with their professional and personal goals.
