The campus recruitment team offers a wide range of opportunities for students to learn more about Eide Bailly – a few of these great events are their annual Meet Eide Bailly Days, Summer Leadership Program, and a virtual webinar called 'Eide Bailly 360: An Inside Look at Our Culture.' These events help students learn about the culture at Eide Bailly and give them tools to learn about public accounting. They also utilize Handshake with their university partners to connect with students. Eide Bailly partners with many schools across the United States and participates in campus events such as career fairs, Accounting Club and Beta Alpha Psi meetings, resume reviews and mock interviews, and more!
Crafting a Standout Candidate Experience
The campus recruitment team at Eide Bailly understands the importance of the experience a candidate has. From the start, they focus on the candidate as a person, working to learn all they can about a candidate to ensure that they find the right fit for the candidate. Throughout the process, the candidate is exposed to not only the recruiter, but also entry level staff, managers, and partners. It is important to Eide Bailly that they are a fit for the candidate as much as the candidate is a fit for them! The campus recruitment team is always ready to answer any questions a candidate has to help them make the best decision about the start of their career!
Moving the Needle on Diversity & Inclusion
Eide Bailly has a Diversity Recruiter, who partners with the Campus Recruitment team, to develop strategies to connect to diverse candidates. They also have a DEI Council made up of firm partners who drive the needle forward - in the past year they have created Employee Resource Groups for staff, including interns, to participate in. They partner with many Women in Business groups at their university partners and have started the process to connect with HBCUs and HSIs. They are also working on strategy to build partnerships with community colleges and high schools in their local markets!
Investing in Impactful Internship Programs
At Eide Bailly, interns are given the chance to gain real world experience that prepare them for the next step in their career. Interns are assigned client work and given mentorship through their "Eide Guide" program. Eide Guides are Associates or Senior Associates who act as a mentor during the internship. Throughout the internship, Eide Bailly puts an emphasis on relationship building, ensuring interns are invited to holiday parties, social gatherings, lunch and learns, and team meetings. Interns also meet with their department heads twice throughout the internship to discuss their performance and their future career at Eide Bailly. These discussions often lead to a full-time offer!
Supporting the Growth and Development of Entry-Level Talent
Eide Bailly goes above and beyond for their full-time hires to ensure that it is a place they can grow their career. Full-time staff are assigned a career advisor, who is a formal mentor that staff meet with at various times throughout the year to talk about career development and goals. Eide Bailly also offers an Xchange program, where internal staff can work in another department for 6-8 weeks to grow their skills. They also offer a competitive compensation and benefits package that focus on the employee has a whole to ensure that Eide Bailly has happy and healthy employees! A staff favorite is the Lifestyle Spending Account which gives staff money every year to spend on anything wellness!
