Campus Recruiters are committed to reviewing applications within 72 hours and recently invested in a new interview scheduling tool to create a more streamlined experience for candidates. To help students prepare for their interviews, the team provides a pre-interview guide, outlining interview format and expected behavioral based questions. Post-interview, the team strives to provide candidates a decision within one week. Once hired, staff benefit from an Eide Guide (informal mentor) and comprehensive firmwide training. This end-to-end experience not only sets candidates up for success in the hiring process but also prepares them to make meaningful contributions to the firm, aligning seamlessly with Eide Bailly’s values and culture.
Innovative Use of Technology
Entering the 2022-2023 campus recruitment season, Eide Bailly's program embraced technology to elevate results and efficiency. A new Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), interview scheduling tool, and video resource tool have been strategically invested in to enhance the overall candidate experience. The CRM enables seamless microsite creation for events, facilitating easy registration, scheduled email campaigns, and pipeline engagement. The interview scheduling tool significantly boosts hiring process efficiency. The video tool is instrumental in presenting diverse perspectives and experiences, offering candidates an authentic glimpse into Eide Bailly's culture in a user-friendly manner. This tech-forward approach ensures a streamlined and engaging recruitment process, aligning with the team's commitment to innovation and candidate-centric practices.
