As the Director, Talent Acquisition - Early Career at Burlington Stores, Dustin is responsible for the strategic guidance and delivery of the enterprise Early Career strategy, recruitment, technology /operations, programs and partnerships. Prior to his time at Burlington, he has helped build and transform other early talent strategies and teams at F500 and rapid growth start-ups. Dustin is particularly interested in bringing synergy to talent ecosystems through challenging traditional thoughts, models and practices via experimentation and data-based decision making.
Career Highlight
"In a 12-month period, in partnership with the business / HR / L&D / etc. teams, we turned the idea of an early career talent strategy for our Distribution & Supply org into reality, resulting in 30 Intern and Full-Time hires across six sites, featuring a 10-week internship program for interns, and a new 8-week onboarding / training program for early career full-time hires. While early, the potential for growth and expansion of this new channel in support of the business is extremely exciting."
