This event provides students with a direct and clear glimpse into what life is like at Duke Energy, the company's mission and values, clean energy strategy and so much more. The virtual conference has proven to be a positive impact in preparing students to become well-informed prior to upcoming career fairs and most importantly for their interview with Duke Energy.
Innovative Use of Technology
Duke Energy continues to incorporate some of the newest technological methods to enhance a candidate's interviewing experience. To streamlining a more enjoyable process, the implementation of RippleMatch's platform assisted in highlighting a student's strengths and values, that will allow Duke Energy to best match them with career opportunities. The platform develops an ideal fit and efficiently enhances a student's applying experience. The student applies one time and is considered for all opportunities at Duke Energy. To continue enhancing the experience, Duke Energy incorporated recorded interviews to eliminate the stress of multiple interviews and scheduling conflicts a student may incur while fulfilling their current responsibilities at school. Impactful Internship Program
Duke Energy's internship program creates an experience designed to leave lasting impressions on each intern's early career development.
