Career Highlight

Donnie quickly came in and delivered a tremendous impact on Catalent’s Early Talent Space. Donnie recruited over 100 interns/co-ops for the program this summer across 12 different Catalent locations – a 28% increase from last year! He has also been able to identify gaps and enhancements in early career programs to enhance the overall development of students. He has revamped the Mentor program to allow students the opportunity to connect with professionals outside of their direct team, and particularly in areas of interest to them. Additionally, to better showcase the culture and diversity of the organization, he has organized an Employee Resource Group (ERG) Showcase that highlights and provides education to diversity, equity and inclusion of the 8 ERGs that students can participate in.
