"Over the past year, I've been working to enhance our recruiting processes to drive greater efficiencies and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. One pivotal initiative has been launching a candidate experience survey, designed to capture insights into the candidate journey. This ongoing feedback mechanism enables us to continuously refine and enhance our processes, ensuring that every interaction with potential candidates leaves a positive and lasting impression. I've also been closely collaborating with our HR Tech team to pinpoint automation opportunities within the Recruitment module of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
