Doneshia is a Manager of Talent Acquisition at Acxiom with almost 10 years of experience working alongside stakeholders. Doneshia specializes in recruiting talent to join one of the best Marketing and IT companies in central Arkansas through internship programs and early career partnerships. Doneshia is a powerful force in the workplace and uses her positive attitude and experience to encourage others to reach for their goals, work hard, and succeed. Doneshia is inspired daily by her family, but mostly her husband, daughter, and bonus daughter. In her free time, Doneshia loves to scroll around Amazon, shop at TJ Maxx, and invest in her new business baby, Soiree Rentals.

Career Highlight

"This year, I was excited to continue our partnerships with HBCUs and programs. Acxiom is a proud partner with the Arkansas Women's Foundation - Tjuana Byrd Internship Program which primarily focuses on women in STEM. Acxiom also provides a Diversity Scholarship. The top applicants are awarded a scholarship and internship with Acxiom. We have also partnered with Skillbridge and others. I'm so excited about all that we are doing to prioritize diversity."
