Prior to her role at Harbor Group, Diane worked for a Global Sales and Manufacturing company where she recruited for positions ranging from entry-level to C-suite executives. Diane takes pride in the service she gives to her clients by providing excellent communication and honest feedback. Her hard work and dedication have earned her the title of Overall Top Recruiter at two different companies. The current market has been nothing like she has seen in her 28-year recruiting career, but that has not discouraged her passion for recruiting. She is ready and willing to do the things we have not done before to get positive results Harbor Group Management has never seen before. In her spare time, Diane enjoys volunteering at local colleges participating in mock interviews to help students be better prepared for their first interviews.
