Prior to their role at BNY Mellon, Dia was a Senior Diversity Program Manager, where he was responsible for developing and implementing programs internal and external to Amazon, that would attract, retain, and promote diverse populations within Amazon. Dia is also a nationally recognized resource and thought leader in advancing diversity, equality and inclusion in multiple industries through innovative strategies, world-class customized training curriculums, interactive sessions and research.
