Destiny is a College Programs Recruiting Analyst at Toyota. In her role, she is responsible for the recruitment of interns and recent graduates across Toyota Financial Services under the College Programs umbrella. In her work, she is committed to meeting her team's goal of helping build Toyota's diverse talent pipeline for future employment. Destiny began her career at Southern Methodist University as an Admission Counselor, where she recruited and counseled thousands of high school students through the college admissions process. Destiny is passionate about the development of young professionals and the promotion of diverse backgrounds, skillsets, and experiences.
