Derrick is a Recruiting Coordinator at NFI. Starting off as an HR intern with NFI, Derrick was able to learn and grow professionally while developing strong working relationships with his team. Derrick is currently responsible for recruiting college students and recent graduates for NFI's Internship and Management Trainee programs and is filled with joy when he is able to give students the amazing opportunity that jump started his career. Since joining NFI, Derrick has gained invaluable experience and knowledge in the HR field and will continue to work hard, communicate effectively with others, and find talented students to join the team!
