Career Highlight

"In February 2023, I was able to incorporate two different technology platforms to elevate the EVP for one of our business functions. This process helps to improve our marketing efforts and outreach to thousands of students across the country currently enrolled at HBCUs and HSIs, as well as prospects who expressed interest in any of the events we hosted in 2022 and 2023. As a result of utilizing this technology, I brought in 300 students from over 100+ HBCUs and HSIs, which resulted in 25 roles being filled by underrepresented candidates by previously untapped talent."
