Deanna Molinelli is a Sr. Early Career Talent Acquisition Partner at Zebra Technologies. Deanna is responsible for managing the recruitment for 100+ US interns annually across 8 different business units. She also implements event planning for the 12-week program which includes both social events and professional development. As far as on-campus goes, Deanna started at the Campus Ambassador Program at Zebra which involves execution and evaluation planning for their on-campus career events. Prior to her current role, she worked at Custom Computer Specialists (CCS) for nearly 5 years. During her time there, Deanna was able to do multiple roles. However, she found her true passion when she took the role as a corporate recruiter. In that role, Deanna was responsible for recruiting all positions ranging from administrative assistants to advanced level engineers. Something that she am passionate about in this space is finding opportunities for early career professionals and watching them grow both professionally and personally.

Career Highlight

"Over the past year, I led a few initiatives to enhance our recruiting operations. Three of those examples include our Campus Ambassador Program, our Talent Acquisition Process Guide for recruitment and assisting to facilitate our 2024 early career roadshow. Since taking the role at Zebra, I wanted to create more opportunities, not only to help in our branding strategy, but also to help develop our interns that are on campus. In 2023, I had the pleasure of pitching our first ever Campus Ambassador Program to our VP of Global Talent. This program has not only helped in increased brand awareness for Zebra, but it has also given opportunities to those that intern here to go on campus and talk about some of the exciting projects they worked on. I also developed a TA process guide that helped in ensuring seamless recruiting over the fall season. Utilizing this guide, we had hired over 80% of our cohort by the new year. I also assisted in our 2nd annual roadshow that our team conducts with the business. This is where we utilize advanced analytics to showcase metrics to key stakeholders to help us to make better data-driven decisions."
