Prior to his current position, David worked in staffing and HR management for Macy's, Target and Lowe's. David is most passionate about connecting his team to meaningful career development opportunities and ensuring candidates have access to a best-in-class recruiting experience, regardless of the major they studied or school attended. In addition, he enjoys building creative partnerships that expand Amazon's employer brand and using data to drive candidate-focused improvements.
