Dave Deguzman is the Global Head of People at Ylopo. Prior to his role at Ylopo, Dave provided HR consultancy for several prominent companies and held leadership positions at various firms. Dave is passionate about building inclusive and supportive people processes.
Career Highlight
"One of my proudest moments in talent acquisition was when we faced the challenge of rapidly scaling our company internationally while maintaining the culture we had created. To address this, we operationalized and streamlined our recruiting processes, enabling our team to build strong candidate relationships. As a result, we successfully grew from 80 to over 300 employees. This achievement stands out because we maintained an amazing work culture, grew thoughtfully from a DEI perspective, and kept a lean team. It taught me that with the right vision and team, great things can be accomplished."
