Danielle is a Recruiting Operations Manager at Gilbane Building Company. In their role at Gilbane, Danielle is responsible for leading the operational aspects of recruiting, including diverse recruiting strategies, employer branding initiatives, and more. She also works to evaluate and enhance Gilbane’s company-wide college recruiting & university relations program, including the creation of a national strategy for high-impact schools, setting metrics and analyzing data that defines campus recruiting success. Prior to their role at Gilbane, Danielle managed the recruiting function at Collette Travel. Danielle is passionate about corporate recruiting, the candidate experience, and process improvement.

"Our team has been working hard on constructing a new recruitment strategy that will increase our engagement at specific schools that will help us reach our diversity efforts and hiring goals. We will be establishing a tier recruitment strategy with a team to handle "Primary" schools with brand ambassadors, on-campus interviews, attending lectures, networking nights and career fairs. Our second tier will be our Secondary schools that we are still successful at but will help supplement our hiring goals!"
