Cristin Rigney is a University Recruiting Program Manager at New Relic. In her role at New ReIic, Cristin is responsible for developing the strategy for campus and early career hiring for the company enterprise-wide as well as managing the summer intern program. Prior to her role at New Relic, Cristin worked at U.S. Bank where she created the first intern program on the west coast, and Huron where she recruited technical students for offices in Portland, Buffalo, and Toronto. She is passionate about providing opportunities to students and watching them achieve success and gain career clarity that will shape their future for years to come.

Career Highlight

Cristin has created successful early-career hiring programs for four companies. She has built the first "university health scorecard" which evaluated the ATS analytics of 50+ schools across the country for a 400 early career recruiting goal changing how the company approached its university strategy resulting in an increase in ROI and efficiency. Cristin also worked with Market Presidents at U.S. Bank to create a consistent employment branding and university engagement strategy replacing a previously fragmented approach which led to a positive candidate experience and brand perception.
