Craig Stearman - Nominee for Talent Innovator Award - 2023 Campus Recruiting Choice Awards

Craig is the University Recruitment Lead at ASML. His prior career background in customer service has carried over with him to his career in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition. In his role, he engages with students around the world and responds to every email or LI message he receives from job seekers. Craig is often praised and thanked for his reply, as he is told that others may not acknowledge receipt of a message. Craig provides tips and tricks when applying to jobs, the best ways to update resumes, and has helped many to obtain jobs not only with ASML, but with other companies as well.

"Many event participants never hear back from companies they visited at a career fair. For ALL recruitment events, in person or virtual, I send to all who attended a thank you email, a note on how best to apply for our jobs, offer resume tips, and links to our jobs and to our company. I suggest connecting through professional social media sites and learning more about our company, and I aim to be there as a resource and to answer any questions. I have shared their messages with other recruiters who have then helped them obtain interviews or job offers."
