Courtney Mayer rose to challenges posed by COVID-19 with an immersive 8-week virtual experience. Along with the early career team they worked hard to ensure the virtual learning experience they built showcased their organization, internal initiatives, and priorities, and replicated the in-person experience. These initiatives included peer mentorship, leadership virtual chats focused on capabilities, and I&D learning opportunities and events. The interactive virtual internship was extremely successful and resulted in the highest intern to full-time hire conversion rate in years.
