She loves using her creativity to form programs that help students, especially women, find their best selves. She is a passionate inclusion and diversity advocate, overseeing various diversity efforts and outreach.

Career Highlight

"Our team recently underwent a global transformation, standing up campus recruiting teams in two new regions where they didn’t previously exist. The impact we’ve been able to have on student morale by giving them a sense of community has been remarkable. We’ve also doubled our conversion and acceptance rates. My proudest moments are always the ones when you see a student join full-time whom you’ve been courting for years. Seeing how our team helped them on their journey is the most rewarding."
