Courtney is a senior manager at Western Digital and runs the global new college graduate and internship programs in the sales and marketing organization. She has done an impressive job creating a "grass roots" sales and marketing program for new college grads entering Western Digital. Not only has Courtney played an integral part in recruiting young talent, but she has also implemented a structure that educates the team not only on our products, customers and the roles they will be pursuing. She is also a major influence on their careers following the completion of our program and takes pride in mentoring and following careers post-program.
