NOMINEE SPOTLIGHT

Courtney is the lead campus recruiter for Vitech Systems Group. In her role at Vitech, Courtney is responsible for hiring the next generation of Vitechers on both the technical side and the non-technical side of the business. In addition to campus recruiting, Courtney oversees the company Mentor Program for all early career hires and Vitech employee engagement events. Prior to her role at Vitech, Courtney was the campus recruiting lead for early career recruitment at AIG, specializing in Investments and General Insurance. Courtney is passionate about DE&I initiatives and making the tech industry a more inclusive, open, and welcoming place for women.

Career Highlight

"With most of our new hires being remote, engagement and career development have been key.  I have planned monthly meetings where our new hires can interact with all levels, departments, and people at Vitech.  From sales, operations, development, and peers, our new hires have the chance to learn how each person's role and department help shape the company."
