Courtney Kaezyk is a Campus Recruiting Lead at Vitech. In her role she hires new talent interested in making an impact in the software and technology field while working for a growing global company. Prior to Vitech, Courtney was a campus recruiter at AIG and hired interns and full-time analysts for Investment and General Insurance. She loves her role and campus for a lot of reasons, but the main reason is helping candidates start their careers while offering advice and watching them grow into strong leaders.
Career Highlight
Courtney was hired at Vitech in August of 2021 and was able to hire the largest and most diverse fall class the company has had to date. This is due in part to her development of core campus relationships, which include liaising and managing communications with campus career services offices to facilitate campus recruiting activities.
