Courtney Brown is the Director of Talent at HCSS. In her role at HCSS, she is responsible for leading both the talent acquisition and talent development teams which focus on recruiting, learning and development, culture, DEIB, and more. Prior to her role at HCSS, Courtney was the Director of Global Recruiting at SoftwareAG, where she designed and implemented a globally consistent recruiting process and strategy. Courtney is passionate about highlighting and providing opportunities to colleagues or candidates who are disproportionately overlooked due to factors out of their control.

Career Highlight

"I am beyond proud of our accomplishments over the last year and a half. We’ve modernized our recruiting approach, processes, and tools while decreasing our time to fill and delivering a stellar stakeholder experience to all involved. We reimagined our approach to entry-level hiring by looking for opportunities for cohort hiring through both in-person and virtual events to improve the onboarding experience and camaraderie amongst new hires. I am proud that since joining HCSS we have substantially decreased agency spend, and we are now able to execute executive-level searches in-house. I am beyond grateful for my team and colleagues!"
