Courteney is a Human Resources specialist at Lutron Electronics. Currently, she is responsible for planning Lutron’s overall campus recruiting strategy and works closely with key members of the team through all needed recruiting operations to identify, attract and interview top full time / intern talent. Now, with nearly four years of early talent recruiting and internship programming under her belt, she will be taking on a new role as Campus Relations Lead. In this position, Courteney will be responsible for engaging with target school connections and managing the effectiveness of Lutron ambassadors; she will use her past experiences and relationships to continue to elevate Lutron's early talent attraction and recruiting model. There is no doubt she is committed to fostering belonging and learning in the workplace, so future leaders can thrive.
