Colleen is the Director of Early Career at Toast. In their role at Toast, Colleen is responsible for building out the Early Career recruitment function with a key focus on representation as Toast continues to scale as a newly public organization. Prior to their role at Toast, Colleen built out the Campus Recruiting team at HubSpot. Colleen's passion for providing remarkable opportunities for Early Career professionals from all backgrounds continues to move the tech industry forward in Toast's collective mission of equity and inclusion.
Career Highlight
Colleen was the founding member of the Campus Recruitment team at HubSpot. She scaled the HubSpot program to 30 recruiters hiring over 700 Early Career professionals. The program has a key focus on DEI making it an integral part of HubSpot's long term diversity goals. Since joining Toast, Colleen is looking forward to bringing their program to scale with the same focus on DEI while highlighting Toast's award-winning culture.
