Career Highlight

"Connecting with early talent in a meaningful, authentic way presents many challenges in a post-covid world. As such, to reimagine our Summer Leadership Program, I created a new agenda that allowed for more time for students to connect individually or in small groups with accounting staff, while still including all of the professional development that is a hallmark of the program. Not only did the change in agenda cultivate meaningful relationships, it also allowed staff the opportunity to better assess candidates on the core skills the firm is looking for in future interns. As a result, several students accepted internship offers immediately following the program."
