Cindy Loggins is a mom of two beautiful daughters who are 14 and 8. Her other job is a talent acquisition leader with a comprehensive background in emerging talent recruiting, diversity management, and emerging talent development. With over 20 years of emerging talent experience and six of that as the Head of Global Emerging Talent at eBay, Cindy has been instrumental in shaping the future workforce of the renowned e-commerce giant. Based in San Jose, CA, she has been pivotal in identifying and nurturing the next generation of innovators and leaders for the company. In addition to her role at eBay, Cindy serves as a dedicated Board Member for the Children's Discovery Museum of San Jose since April 2021, where she contributes her expertise to foster educational and developmental opportunities for children in the community. Before eBay, Cindy was at Veritas Technologies, Amazon, Adobe Systems and Pacific Gas and Electric. Her innovative approach to recruitment played a key role in driving each of the company’s growth and success. Cindy Loggins' career is marked by her strategic vision, her commitment to diversity and inclusion, and her ability to inspire and lead teams in the dynamic landscape of talent acquisition and management.
