Christine Brennan is the Campus Recruiting - Talent Attraction Lead at EY. In her role at EY, Christine is responsible for creating and driving digital engagement, education and sourcing strategies to attract and develop a diverse, qualified candidate pipeline to meet the evolving needs of the business. She has nearly a decade of recruiting experience, with over four most recently spent in Campus Recruiting. Christine has a passion for early career talent, with a keen focus on enhanced candidate equity at every stage of the recruiting journey. Outside of her day job, you can find her gardening, reading or chasing her two young kids.

Career Highlight

With the pivot to a hybrid recruiting approach, Christine identified an area of opportunity to centralize and streamline a season of virtual events. This provided EY's campus recruiters the chance to collaborate with one another and to reduce the number of duplicative virtual events they executed on their own. It also provided an opportunity to reach a greater number of students by centrally promoting a calendar of events through EY's student website. Ultimately, the virtual events were a huge win for both the recruiting function, with impressive engagement, and for the students, who received an equitable experience. Christine is immensely proud of the teaming demonstrated by the campus community & is excited for the next season of events!
