Christina Medeiros brings 15 years of high-tech recruiting experience to lead Anaplan’s global technical and emerging talent recruitment strategy. She is passionate about building diverse and inclusive teams and believes that working with students, new graduates and non-traditional emerging talent is key to the future success of any company. At Anaplan, she and her incredible team recruit Anaplan’s talent of tomorrow. She works with Anaplan leaders to foster future innovation, talent capacity, and leadership. Prior to Anaplan, Christina worked at SAP and SuccessFactors managing several high-performing recruiting teams as well as leading recruiting operations and system implementations. She lives in Boston and is a proud graduate of University of Massachusetts, Amherst.

Career Highlight

Supporting Anaplan’s long-term strategy of building a strong base of diverse emerging talent, Christina spearheaded the creation and launch of an engineering emerging talent program. She had the pleasure of building out a small, but mighty, team of recruiters and program managers who live and breathe candidate and employee experience. Under Christina’s leadership, the team created meaningful, scalable program content and recruited diverse, high-caliber talent to achieve its aggressive hiring goals. As a result, Anaplan welcomes its inaugural class of engineering interns and new grads this summer!
