Christina Franc is the Early Career Manager at XPO Logistics. In their role at XPO Logistics, Christina is responsible for managing the internship and rotational grad programs. Prior to their role at XPO Logistics, Christina had worked in the early talent space for over 5 years. Christina is passionate about leveling the job field and providing equitable opportunities for all.
Career Highlight
Christina established XPO Logistics' inaugural Corporate Graduate Program. The program was the first of its kind at XPO. Christina was able to assist in recruiting eleven graduates with seventy percent diversity. Christina delivered a world-class three-day orientation that was filled with networking, personal and professional development and exposure to XPO's leadership team.
