Chris Fitzpatrick is the Manager of University Relations and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Crestron Electronics. With more than 15 years of experience in the field, Chris is passionate about identifying early talent, providing world-class experiences and training, and building inclusive environments for employees to be at their best. Chris is also a professional speaker who likes to bring a game-show-host energy to campus recruiting and learning & development.

Career Highlight

Chris is extremely proud of having grown the Crestron internship and co-op program from 60 students to more than 100 in fewer than 4 years while increasing full-time intern conversion rate six-fold. Bringing top intern talent into the organization to thrive and advance gives Chris what he calls "a front row seat" to the exciting careers of the students he recruits. Chris has also focused his energy on building Crestron's first formal Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Belonging, and Accessibility program.
